Nipple Ease comes as 1 pair with a separate pack of 5 pairs of specially made non-stick, sterile, Swedish nursing pads.

Place the Nipple Ease in between the two absorbent layers of the nursing pad to keep in place and also in order to provide a soft cushion around the healing nipple. For maximum absorbing result place the super absorbent nursingpad so that the seam across the pad is horizontal.
Make sure your bra is not too tight when Nipple Ease are in place.
