How do I heat Breast-Warmers?
You don’t need to heat them, as this warm breastfeeding therapy is self-warming and is simply warm as long as it’s worn. No heating, no boiling, no microwaving. Simply place in your bra for as long as you like the warmth, at least 20 min before a feed, or longer if you like, This warmth is gentle and safe as it’s not a hot-pack.
Can Breast-Warmers overheat and burn me or my baby?
No! This is a gentle and safe breast aid, with no risk of burning, inconsistent or uncomfortable heat. Breast-Warmers are made of a super effective thin material, and safely reflects your own body heat. Never apply a heat pack or hot pack to the breast as it does not take much to burn and harm delicate breast-tissue. Breast-Warmers are safe for both mum and baby.
Does Breast-Warmers help with Nipple Vasospasm (Raynauds phenomenon)?
Yes, for relief of Vasospasm, wear Breast-Warmers continuously for gentle warmth. Even all day and all night. Avoid getting cold, including your hands, and avoid drafts.
Can Breast-Warmers be used for other applications than breastfeeding?

Wear Breast-Warmers as needed; for a short time just before a feed, or even all day and night, just slip inside the bra or crop-top as required. Yes. Wash cold by hand. Do not tumble dry. Keep away from sticky-tape and other harsh objects.
